These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any content published on it (the "Site"), operated by Guide LLC ("Guide", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. Who we are

13. Eligibility

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
